La scorsa settimana abbiamo ospitato il nostro Global Company Kickoff per l’anno fiscale 2024: un’occasione in cui tutta la nostra comunità Vaulter si riunisce per dare il via al nostro anno fiscale, ascoltare il nostro team dirigenziale illustrare la nostra strategia e festeggiare il modo in cui continueremo a vincere insieme!
Ma il punto è questo: vincere insieme è possibile solo se siamo in grado di sostenerci e di esserci gli uni per gli altri. Ci siamo gli uni per gli altri nei momenti importanti, ma anche (e questo è altrettanto importante) nei piccoli momenti di ogni giorno. Qui in Commvault ci sosteniamo sempre a vicenda, ed è proprio questo tipo di cultura a definire chi siamo.
Durante il nostro evento di lancio, abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di ascoltare i nostri “Vaulters” di tutto il mondo raccontare come si sono sentiti sostenuti in Commvault. Sono questi i momenti che contano davvero!
As I listened to their perspective, I realized that all our efforts – from connecting, inspiring, caring, and delivering – are rooted in trust. The trust we’ve built with each other, the trust we’ve built through our relationships with our customers and partners, and the trust we’ve built through our outreach and support of the communities we live in.
The foundation of trust is knowing that someone is going to show up for you. They have your back. So that’s why in FY24, we are recommitting to showing up for each other and continuing to strengthen the incredible foundation we’ve laid over the past 27 years.
