Di recente si è tenuta laquinta edizione dell’AWS Storage Day, un evento virtuale trasmesso in streaming su Twitch durante il quale Amazon Web Services (AWS) presenta le ultime novità e innovazioni relative al proprio portafoglio di soluzioni di storage. L’evento celebra l’innovazione orientata al cliente, un aspetto di cui noi di Commvault andiamo fieri; per questo motivo siamo onorati di essere stati invitati da AWS a partecipare alle celebrazioni di quest’anno.
Ascoltando le sessioni, non ci ha sorpreso affatto (data la nostra posizione di leadership nel settore della protezione dei dati –12 volte di fila, per la precisione) che i dati fossero al centro di ogni discussione. Le nuove funzionalità e capacità annunciate durante lo Storage Day offrono ai clienti e agli sviluppatori di applicazioni nuove opzioni per innovare senza limiti, sfruttando l’elasticità e la scalabilità dello storage AWS, pur mantenendo quella fondamentale efficienza in termini di costi. Then there’s the one most near and dear to our hearts – customers are now able to recover up to 85% faster from Amazon S3 Glacier, further maximizing the value of their archived assets. Now, Storage Day wasn’t all new announcements. There were also some great Amazon S3 primers that helped give us all the confidence that securityremains the top priority for AWS and their customers’ data while also staying relentlessly focused on data durability in everything they do with customer storage. These themes resonate with us, as well, as we are intently focused on securing, defending, and recovering our customers’ data across AWS and their entire data estate.
